Conner Wolfe is a first year master’s student of History Museum Studies at the Cooperstown Graduate Program of SUNY Oneonta. As an undergraduate History major at The College at Brockport, SUNY, Conner reinvigorated the club The History Forum has his first sortie into student governance.
Later, as a Senator of Brockport Student Government, he became a dedicated advocate of students’ rights. While looking to student activism of the 1960s and 1970s for inspiration, Conner has undertaken initiatives including shared governance in campus academic departments, the revival of the Student Senate at his alma mater of Genesee Community College, gender inclusive SUNY enrollment applications, and through the student direct action movement New York Student Rising, has strongly advocated for an across the board freeze in SUNY tuition coupled with drastic reinvestment from the State of New York.
As a University College Representative Conner is devoted to bringing students from all 64 campus together in direct action to defend and progress students’ rights in the State University.
