Deputy Director of Campus Safety
Henry Mehmet Gulergun is a junior at Binghamton University studying History and Political Science. Henry graduated cum laude from Westchester Community College with an A.A in Liberal Arts: Social Science in 2017. While attending Westchester Community College, Henry served as Student Government President and studied abroad at Cambridge University in the U.K with the Honors program. At Binghamton University, Henry is a Representative for the Student Association Congress, where he serves on the Internal Affairs Committee. Henry also is part of the Roosevelt Institute at BU which is a student-run think tank, where he is hoping to get a policy idea published nationally. Henry is also a Driver Trainee for the student-run Off Campus College Transport Inc. As Deputy Director for Campus Safety, Henry will work tirelessly to ensure that all SUNY students feel safe and secure on their individual campuses, and work to promote the “Its On Us” campaign to prevent sexual assault and violence within SUNY.
